Stephanie zhao

Here we congratulate Stephanie Zhao on being admitted with outstanding results to her ideal universities: the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Northeastern University, and USC (University of Southern California). Best wishes once again.

Stephanie began studying painting with Teacher Zhou at the age of six. She has developed a solid foundation in form and drawing, with keen observational ability and a strong command of color. She combines the sense of form in modeling with a distinctive imagination, and combines her love of nature with a sense of movement in painting, forming her own unique style of form and modeling.

In my view, our students all share one obvious characteristic: they use beautiful souls and hands full of wisdom and skill to depict a beautiful world that we are familiar with yet have never truly discovered.

I am posting some of Stephanie’s paintings, hoping that students will learn from one another and make progress together. Thank you.

在这里我们祝贺Stephanie zhao同学以其优异的成绩考入理想大学一罗得岛艺术学院，RISD，和Northestern university，USC university再次祝福。Stephanie六岁便跟周老师学习绘画。练就了扎实的造型基本功，有着敏锐的观察能力和对色彩的把握能力，把造型的形式感和特别的想像力结合起来，把对大自然的热爱和绘画的运动感结合起来，形成自己独特的造型风格。在我看来我们的学生都有一个明显特征一用美好的心灵，用充满智慧和灵巧的手去描绘一个我们虽然熟知，但又未曾发现的一个美好世界。发一些Stephanie同学的绘画作品望同学们相互学习共同进步。谢谢。
